Iban Dayak NCR Lands Robbed by PELITA and Malay

Monday, 6th July 2009, I went to Land Custody Development Authority or abbreviated as PELITA, to accompany one of my relative to collect his Cash Incentive for his NCR Land that has been developed under JV with Tetangga Akrab Pelita Pantu Sdn. Bhd.

(Most of the NCR Lands that involve in this JV were planted with rubber plantation ....The JV cost NCR Land owners of losing few thousands RM )

The divident was part of the RM 150 per acre per year payment to all the participants as mentioned in the Agreement in which according to him had never been shown to them. The office was located on 8th floor of Satok Building. When I reached at the office, I was surprised to see despite the majority of the NCR land owners being developed by PELITA are Iban dayak, but I only saw few Iban Dayak faces inside. Majority were Malays.

( Majority of the owners of the NCR Lands being developed by PELITA are Iban dayak, but only Based on this observation, I concluded that 1Malaysia is not applicale here, in PELITA ? How can our NCR lands be managed properly and the NCR land owner be fairly paid if they are not managed by Iban dayak themselves? Jabu and Masing, Say something Please! Mupok aku

Anwar circumvents police ban in Miri

The availability of a private residence on ample grounds enabled the Miri division of PKR to host for a first time in its history a large gathering yesterday of supporters that was graced by party supremo Anwar Ibrahim.

Past experience had primed division chairman Dr Michael Teo to the caprice of the police, who are wont to cancel at the eleventh hour a permit that they had earlier issued.

“The only way to beat this possibility was to have the gathering on private grounds,” said Teo, who has a medical practice in town and lives in a palatial house located on one-and-half acres on the route from the airport.

Teo, a member of PKR since its formation in 1999, said the police had informed him that yesterday’s gathering was not allowed even on private property.

If you really know Anwar, the news on him circumventing the police ban in Miri is not a big news

We can reveal that Malaysia’s RHB Bank has just lent Raziah Mahmud, the Chief Minister’s sister and her third husband, Robert Geneid, a whopping RM 880 million ringgit!

This breath-taking hand-out (the equivalent of US$ 285 million) was discovered by Sarawak Report in the public records of  Malaysia’s Companies Commission.  It was registered last June as a charge against one of the couple’s privately owned companies, Kumpulan Construction.

Kumpulan Construction is registered as having RM1 million share capital, 5% owned by Zaleha Binti Mahmud Hajjah (her elder sister) and the rest by Mastim Sdn Bhd, which in turn is jointly owned by Raziah and Robert, an Australian national.

So what is the problem? Are you nuts to think that RHB would simply give money without collateral? Do you think the bank senior officers are as crazy as you - allowing imagination running wild??? 

Certainly the decision to give out loan was only be made after serious consideration.

On Kumpulan Construction gives sub-contract businesses to Hock Seng Lee, there is nothing wrong in doing that. In fact it is just a normal business deal. As a matter of fact, Kumpulan Construction is confident with Hock Seng Lee's ability to complete a job. If you were had to do the same thing, definitely you are going to look for a company which you feel comfortable with, right? Don't show your stupidity by saying NO. Stupid.

The decision to hand out sub-contracting businesses to Hock Seng Lee laudable and should not be condemned. It is because the company is giving it to a Chinese company. Kumpulan Construction knows that it should share the business pie with other races. So, Hock Seng Lee comes into the picture.

Kuching is once again awash with rumours about the health of the ‘heir apparent’, the Chief Minister’s son Sulaiman Abdul Rahman Taib.  Because government controlled newspapers dare not allude to what has clearly become a serious problem, Sarawak Report regards it as its duty to demand that the Taib family explain to the constituents of Kota Samarahan what has happened to their elected representative to the Federal Parliament?

Who the hell do you think you are??? Your duty to demand the Chief Minister to explain to the constituents of Kota Samarahan??? Although the Member of Parliament is not around, it doesn't meant that the constituency is neglected by Barisan Nasional. We have enough 'representatives' to go around to service the constituency. So, what the hell are you talking about??? Trying to instigate the rakyat to raise up against Barisan Nasional. On what basis??? The MP not around??? You are trying to imply that because he is not around, the constituents are suffering because nobody looks after them???? 

The constituents have no problem not to have him around. Why you bother to ask where is he? It would be a different matter if our MP fails to do his job. Now he is doing his job – although in a different method than other MPs. So what??? The most important thing is jobs get done!!!
